Allow multiple main classes for native deployment

It is quite common that a single project exposes several main classes, e.g. the main program and a configuration panel. In this case, the application setup would create several shortcuts in the menu. The same mechanism could be used to launch the same main class with different paramenters.

It would be great to have this functionality for the javafxpackager native deployment.
