      javafx applet downloads 6u11 instead of 6u12 for franca

      -> uninstall all jres from the test machine
      -> load the following javafx applet :http://nicole1.sfbay.sun.com:8080/plugin_tests/lang/franca/SystempropertiesTest.html
      it is download jre 6u11

      expected behavior : it should download jre 6u12 as 6u12 is released to public
