REGRESSION: Swing Widgets now appear in Windows L&F.

    Description

      Swing Widgets now appear in Windows L&F and not Nimbus L&F, as it was before.
      Run the attached test with marina build 668 to observe this change.
      This is a critical issue as it is a regression from franca to marina.
