P2 Description
1. Run the attached test.
2. You will see a grid of shapes and a bunch of controls at the bottom.
3. Try to shear/scale the grid so that it becomes bigger
4. Select 'blocksMouse'
5. Now move the mouse all over the grid and see if mouse events are triggered for the background rectangle.
In-between the shapes in the grid, no mouse events are triggered for the background blue rectangle with prism. I reproduced it on WinXPx64 - soma-graphics-scrum-b142 - 6u14. Not reproducible with swing pipeline.
