Stage toBack/toFront functions don't work

    Description

      b20-promotion
      Tests are attached.

      Two Stages should change each other with period of 2 seconds the Stage with blue ellipse will be shown after 2 seconds more this Stage disappears. After that animation will stop.
      On Desktop these tests work fine.
