PasswordBox control doesn't allow user to select input (highlight).

A password box control should allow a user to select input by double clicking or holding down the shift key and moving the arrow keys to highlight the text to delete or backspace. Selection does not highlight, but does select. The cursor just disappears.

Work around: The user can move the cursor to either end and hit delete or backspace.
