Dirty regions causing unresponsive UI and rendering artifects

When running the sample app Artifex clicking on the top left tree the changes it makes to row selection, bottom left tree content and right properties section content are not visible till you roll over those sections. With dirty regions off this is instant showing all the changes to the UI. I am attached the Artifex project for testing.
