TableView: keyboard multiple row selection issue

Selection of range starting item is not inverted then selecting a new range.
To reproduce
- run attached app (or any multiselection TableView);
- select item 3 by mouse click
- select range from "item 3" to "item 5" by pressing SHIFT-DOWN
- move anchor to "item 8" by pressing CTRL-DOWN
- select range from "item 8" to "item 0" by pressing SHIFT-UP
"Item 3" is not deselected.
