Focus, Selection and Command Target

Please see attached screenshot for strategy in SB 2.0

Notes:
1. The Content View is the only panel to have a focus ring. It serves as a visual indicator when tabbing around the UI and also a visual confirmation when using CMD 0 (Menubar > View > Content).

2. In all other panels we only have *item selection* - such as a focused textfield, slider or TitledPane.

Scenario 1.
Button selected.
TextField focused in Inspector..
User hits CMD A - RESULT - all text inside the Textfield is selected.

Scenario 2.
Button selected.
TextField focused in Inspector.
User hits CMD L - RESULT - the buttons parent is selected.

Scenario 3.
Button selected.
TitledPane focused in Inspector (user clicked on Inspector background).
User hits LEFTARROW - RESULT - TitledPane is closed.

Scenario 4.
Button selected.
TitledPane focused in Inspector (user clicked on Inspector background).
User hits DEL - RESULT - the button is deleted.

Scenario 5.
No selection.
Item focused in Library.
User hits DEL - RESULT - BEEP.

Scenario 6.
No selection.
Item focused in Library.
User hits CMD A - RESULT - all nodes at current isolation level are selected.
