[TableView] custom skin replacements fails, when columns or data is added.

Runt the attached code.

a. Click button to replace the skin.
 
b. Print column name, print column index, and click add column to add the new columns.

c. Print new size of data to change size of data.

do b or c with a, to catch exception.
