Need to exclude the runtime installer from the installed SDK

The SDK zip bundle contains the runtime installer, but the SDK installer should exclude this. It adds about 6 Mbytes (compressed) and has no value. The docs have already removed the mention of this. The installer build scripts should exclude this when copying the public/sdk to the installer build directory.
