exception access violation on glass.dll on getKeyCodeForChar

We are running our JavaFX application on a customer's machine (Windows Server 2008 R2). The application crashes and writes a log and a mdmp file. The log file is attached, the mdmp file is 120MB big. If there is any way this mdmp file can be useful, please let me know and I will share it too!

A part of the logfile says the following:

We have more than 800 succesfull installs of our software which run 1.7.0_03-b05 and JavaFX 2.1. We recently upgraded to JavaFX 2.2.3 and now we have this problem on some computers.
