[TreeView] ctrl shift down doesn't make visible area to follow the selection.

Look at the attached movie.

1. I put focus on some item.
2. select some items down.
3. move focus down.
4. start discontinuous selection down.
...
you can see, how I select files down, and scroll down. The leading (focused) item was not shown during selection.
