      Steps to reproduce:
      1. create an app contains TextField or TextArea,
      2. run the app on non-en Windows that Asian IM is installed,
      3. input Asian characters using the IM (CCJK) in the TextField/TextArea.

      The composing string is committed to as well as the characters to be committed.

      This did not happen in TextBox.
