ColorPicker - opening the Custom Color dialog fails if the control's value is set to null

    Description

      ColorPicker allows setValue(null) (as it should to indicate that no color has been selected yet - please implement the prompt text!)
      But in that state pressing the Custom Color... link leads to a NPE
