Instructions need to be changed for sqe manual test cases which cover secnarios of un-caught exception during fx applet life cycle.

When there's un-caught exceptions during fx applet/app life cycle (constructor, init or start), FX applet used to show a a gray bar with message "Runtime error. Click for details". Now with promotion b41, the gray bar is not there while the same message still shows up. This behaviour change could be caused by product code change or the way we deploy fx applet change, which however does not matter. Because the message gives enough information, so the behaviour is expected anyway.

Test instructions should be put more generically. Instead of saying "Make sure a gray bar "Runtime error. Click for details" will show up.", we should say "Make sure a message "Runtime error. Click for details" will show up. "
