TableView is not updated until scene receives mouse event

To reproduce:

1. Select column index for resizing equal to 0
2. Select delta qual to 100
3. Push tab and when focus is on the 'Resize column' button push space
and do not move mouse.
Wait until you get message in output. The size will remain the same until you move mouse several times.
