[FX3D] SelfIllumination: SelfIllumination map does not illuminate when the light is turned off

      Run this code.
      Here PointLight.LightOn = false
      And sphere have Self Illumination Map.

      In previous builds ( 86 - 90 ) Sphere was not black.

      Look on pictures.
