Cannot construct a self contained app as of FX 8 b114, all platforms

    Description

      Moving from FX 8 b113 to b114 my Ant target calling the packager in order to construct a self contained app stopped doing anything useful, all platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac). It returns immediately, prints nothing, writes nothing on disk.
      Is there something I should do to use the packager of b114 ?
