TitledPane expand/collapse widget is misaligned

The expand/collapse triangle is placed too close to the edge and not aligned well with the text. It looks better in 2.2.
See how the triangle appears to point below the text instead of in the centre of the line. When expanded the corner of the triangle is overlapping the border.
