      JDK build : jdk7-b147

      Os: winxp/win7
      Browser: IE8/IE9/FF4.0

It has been noticed that applets with shortcut element specified inside the jnlp file prompts for shortcut at the time of loading inside the browser. T his is a regression in behavior. Normally jnlp applets prompts for shortcut if dragged out of the browser and when tried to disconnect from browser

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Install jre and fx runtime
      2) try to load following applet
      http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/jitu/latest_ws_test/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/GetDocCodeBase.html
If shorctut prompt is there then bug is reproduced
