[SW] password field's circles can be rendered without fill

You can see issue on the attached movie.

Run the attached application.

Press "3" (three) key for several times to scale the password field.

Check both bottom check boxes.

Change scale with 3 and 4 keys.

It cannot be reproduced in prism.
