unexpected error dialog about "npdeployJava1.dll" during FX uninstallation with browser started

Reported by Evergreen during manual testing. Tested with FX 2.1.1 b02 on Win 7 Home 32 bit and 64 bit. FF11, IE 8, Chrome 18.

Reproduce steps:
1 Check preconditions
     Supported JRE version exists
2 Invoke the JavaFX installer.
3 Navigate through the install and accept all the defaults
     VERIFY JavaFX product is correctly installed
     VERIFY No errors appeared or in log files
4 Invoke browser and run JavaFX app
5 Attempt to uninstall JavaFX
    VERIFY Correct error appears about JavaFX in use
6 Click "Close Browsers and Continue" in dialog

Expected: Browser closed and FX uninstallation finished
Actually: The browser is not closed, during uninstalling the JavaFX,there is an error dialog about deployJava1.dll. Please refer to the screenshots I attached
