Regression: eastern fonts support problems in 2.1 b03

      A regression in eastern fonts support was introduced in 2.1 b03.
      Some web sites with eastern characters are displayed properly, and some are not.
      Please check the attached images for details.
      Sites which are affected will be added to "Affected tests" list.
      Also reproducible on MacOS.
