Test instructions need to include step to handle security pop-up

In the following two SQE fx deployment manual testcases
HostServicesAPIs/ShowDocument/TestShowDocSignedJarApple.html
HostServicesAPIs/ShowDocument/TestShowDocSignedJarJNLP.html

There will be a security pop-up during the testing. However, there's no instructions mentioning it, which should be fixed. (From the test purpose, "click button Run on the pop-up" should be added)
