HiDPI + Windows: invalid windows/components sizes and location

      OS: Windows 8, 10 + HiDPI

      Just another aspect of JDK-8144249.

      Please run 'Test.java' from JDK-8144280

      result (build of the recent (03 Dec.) client repo state): please see the attached 'sizes.png': a central window overlaps other frames (they should be in-line).

      also, in comparison with b94, the windows sizes ~2(?) times greater (please compare sizes/locations on the screenshot). is that what expected? getLocation seemingly returns faulty values.


      (the issue is closely connected to JDK-8142961)
