LogCompilation output is empty after JEP165: Compiler Control

P1 because it is regression - lost functionality.
Running with -XX:+UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions -XX:+LogCompilation -Xbatch shows only head and tail of <task> in hotspot log file (see attached):
