ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
DateFormatSymbols.getMonths() and DateFormatSymbols.getShortMonths() both return an array of strings with an extra "" at the end of it.. Making it 13 total.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
