    Description

      As per the suggestion in http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/core-libs-dev/2016-January/037959.html, sun.misc.PerformanceLogger should be moved to sun.util.logging.

      This bug has been filed in preparation for JEP 260, JDK-8137055.
