      Description

      1. Install 8u75 b03
      2. Install 9+101
      3. Uninstall 8u75 from control panel

      Expected:
      8u75 can be unisntalled
      Actual:
      Uninstalling is hanging for a long time and cannnot complete and exit successfully.

      This problem blocks many AU tests.
