    Description

      Please compile/run the attached 'PairTest.java' or the following test:
      http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~avstepan/8149558/webrev.00/test/javax/imageio/plugins/shared/RepeatingWriteTest.java.html

      It will fail with AOOB Exceptions for TIFF format.

      reproducible with JDK9 b106
