OGL surfaces are not HiDPI compatible on Linux/Solaris

      Description

        This test is not supposed to run on anything but Windows but it does.
        On Linux it even pass.
        On Solaris VM, however, it fails being unable to drag an InternalFrame.

        Perhaps it would be better to add in preamble
        @requires (os.family == "windows")
