Resurrect remaining regression tests from com.sun.javaws.jnl

The following tests need to be ported from the graveyard to regression tests in the new format:
JREMatcherTest.java
LDUpdaterTest.java
LaunchDescFactoryTest.java
LaunchDescTest.java
LaunchSelectionTest.java
XMLFormatPropertyTest.java
XMLFormatTest.java

to do this the following helper classes needs to be ported also:
JREHelper.java
JnlpParts.java
