      Description

        JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable is used by WLS and scripts for performance testing.

        The compatibility risk for JDK-8170832 is higher than we anticipated. This issue disables JAVA_OPTIONS in jdk9 until a resolution to migitate the incompatibility
