Steps to reproduce:
1. Start an applet with ‘draggable’ parameter set to true.
2. Drag the applet using Atl+Left-click.
3. The applet should be dragged out of the browser and “floating” as separate window.
The actual result:
The applet cannot be dragged outside of browser using Alt + Left mouse click.
