[linux] [WebView] Button UI in html not rendering properly

    Description

      Please find the attached test case [webViewSample.zip] and screenshot [ButtonUI_RenderingIssue.png]

      When loading html button into webview , Button UI is not rendering. When we hover over button, then Button UI is rendered.

      Please find JDK results:
      8 : pass
      8u20 : pass
      8u31 : pass
      8u33 : pass
      8u40 : fail

      9-ea : fail
