Let G1Remset::_conc_refined_cards only count number of cards concurrently refined

The G1RemSet::conc_refine_cards() getter (and the underlying member of G1RemSet) returns the number of refined cards during both gc and concurrent operation.

Let it only count the cards refined concurrently.
