[JVMCI] mx eclipseinit doesn't pick up generated sources

      Description

        When the HotSpot build directory got moved to hotspot/variant-<variant> updating mx_jvmci.py was missed. Now generated sources are not picked up by Eclipse (possibly all IDEs).
