[TESTBUG] Improve test configuration for shared strings

      Description

        This test improvement was suggested by Igor during the review of "Test plan for JDK-8072061 - Automatically determine optimal sizes for the CDS regions".

        When running shared strings tests add the following modes:
        -> add test config for -XX:+UseStringDeduplication
        -> add test config for -XX:-CompactStrings
