javax.lang.model.util.Elements.hides does not work correctly with interfaces

Supposing we have
interface I { public static void m(){} }

public class C implements I { public static void m(){} }

then javax.lang.model.util.Elements.hides(C.m, I.m) is false but the expected result is true, according to JLS 8.4.8.2

This is likely to be a regression caused by fix for JDK-8005166, what happens is at

was being dispatched to the ClassSymbol.isInheritedIn, but with JDK-8005166 it is being dispatched to the overriden method in MethodSymbol, which does something else.

jtreg based test case as a hg patch attached.

This should have been caught by a JCK test and needs to be fixed in that set as well.
