Release Note: Java Control Panel not functional on Oracle Linux 6

Both jcontrol and javaws -viewer do not work on Oracle Linux 6. Java Control Panel functionality is dependent on JavaFX technology, which is not supported on Oracle Linux 6 in the JDK 9 release. Users reliant on the Java Control Panel are encouraged to use the most up-to-date JDK 8 release.
