2081 doc issues in jvmti.html

    Description

      tidy reports 2081 issues in the generated jvmti.html file. (See attached log).

      While that number may seem scary, there are relatively few distinct kinds of issue:

      Warning: <a> escaping malformed URI reference
      Warning: <h4> anchor "jvmtiEventCallbacks" already defined
      Warning: <h4> attribute "id" has invalid value "entry point"
      Warning: <table> lacks "summary" attribute
      Warning: trimming empty <p>


      To reproduce, use
          tidy -e -q --gnu-emacs true /path/to/jvmti.html
