Improve G1 Full GC marking code

The marking code in the G1 Full GC has not been optimized and analyzed as thoroughly as the old MarkSweep marking code. I think there might be some performance to gain by doing some more analysis in this area and maybe achieve better inlining and more efficient code.

There could also be potential gains in merging the two taskqueues into one.
