    Description

      The method SafepointSynchronize::begin have become really large and complicated.
      It have code for three unstable options, SafepointSpinBeforeYield, DeferThrSuspendLoopCount and DeferPollingPageLoopCount.
      For future refactoring of this method we should now deprecate those options.
