Verification Applet from java.com can not be loaded fine with some exceptions

      Description

        Test Procedure:
        1)Install JRE10b38 on win8.1 x64
        2)Browse http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp with IE11
        3)Click button "Agree and Continue"
        4)Nothing is loading, Please refresh the page
        5)Click "run" on Security dialog
        6)Expect it detects and displays test Java Runtime Version

        Actually behavior:
        The applet can not be loaded fine and throws exceptions, refer to the Exception-log.txt from Java Console and Fail.png image.
