      Remove the appletviewer launcher from the jdk/bin.

      Problem

      The appletviewer tool was deprecated in jdk9 and may be removed in jdk11.

      Solution

      The appletviewer tool will be removed in a few steps, the first step is to drop the appletviewer launcher from the jdk/bin
