[unix] Component.getLocation() gives inconsistent coordinate for a component at (0,0)

    Description

      The bug reported on macOS JDK-8201364 can be reproduced on the linux/solaris as well.

      To reproduce the bug run this test:
      test/jdk/java/awt/Window/LocationAtScreenCorner/LocationAtScreenCorner.java

      Note that it is necessary that menu/dock should be configured to be always visible.
