Reuse tree printing code introduced with JDK-8203682 (VM.classloaders) for class hierarchy etc

JDK-8203682 adds a new command to jcmd which prints out the class loader hierarchy.

Its method to print an ascii tree representation is quite evolved. Check whether the tree printing code can be reused in other places, e.g. when printing the class hierarchy tree.
