A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Stax parser fails under specific circumstances.
Attached is a minimal sample of an XML input (with parsing code), that parses successfully in Java 1.8, but fails in Java 10.
If any character is removed from sample, problem disappears.
Length of text elements is important.

Sample looks synthetic due to minimization effort.
