Java Flight Recorder docs link from JDK 11 docs page is out of date

Starting here:
   https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/11/

and clicking on "Java Flight Recorder" brings me to a page on Java Components and commercial features. Worse, the link to the JFR guide on that page has documentation on options that are obsolete.

The JDK 11 docs page needs a link to an up to date JFR guide.
